Once you cancel your booking, you will have to apply for a refund. You are advised to read the Southwest refund policy before you apply for it. To know the policies, read below:

  Business class tickets are fully refundable and reusable.

  Tickets that are canceled can be reused within one year from the time the ticket is canceled.

  If a passenger fails to show up at the airport before the flight's departure, the whole amount on the ticket will be forfeited, and no refund will be initiated.

  The passengers will have to pay a cancellation charge to the airline for canceling their flight to the airline. 

  
  

• Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal
• Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services
• Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country
