Gujarat Shops open 24 hours Fssai License is needed by all the manufacturers, traders, restaurants who are involved in food business must obtain a 14-digit registration or a Fssai license number which must be printed on food packages. The Gujarat Shops and Establishment Amendment Act’ is implemented in Gujarat from May 1. In this Act, all shops and restaurants on national and state highways, hotels will be allowed to remain open for 24 Hours in municipal corporation areas.Formalities required to be fulfilled to open & run factories, food processing units, and other food business.
