Philip Guardione came for a visit to New York but decided to stay, after coming to know how enthusiastic and energetic its people were. He has his origin from Sicily, and growing up he always participated in the kitchen. His passion for cooking has made him sensational in the restaurant business. The food he prepares often reminds people of their roots.
