Ready-to-use grout smoother for loose-lay LVT, easy to be removed without leaving any residual

WHERE TO USE This product is used to level off and smooth over, down to a feather edge existing internal ceramic and stone surfaces. It fills the joints and gaps between the tiles and forms a fine, smooth finish suitable for the installation (after approx. 12-24 hours) of loose-lay LVT tiles and planks, such as: ▪ loose-lay LVT bonded with tackifier such as Ultrabond Eco Tack 4 LVT; ▪ loose-lay click-connecting LVT; ▪ loose-lay self-adhesive or “tack-dry” LVT. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Planiprep Remove 4 LVT is an acrylic resin-based smoothing and levelling compound in water dispersion with mineral fillers and special additives. It is supplied as a ready-mixed paste with a special consistency which makes it easy to apply. Planiprep Remove 4 LVT hardens without shrinking as the water evaporates off and bonds well strongly to the surfaces of existing tiles and grouts. Planiprep Remove 4 LVT may be used to level off down to a feather-edge without applying adhesion promoter. Surfaces smoothed over with Planiprep Remove 4 LVT have a very smooth, fine-textured finish, particularly suitable for loose-lay LVT flooring. Planiprep Remove 4 LVT can be easily removed with water or mechanically without leaving any residuals, returning to the original state the underlying ceramic or stone flooring. Planiprep Remove 4 LVT is non-hazardous for floor-layers and end users and has been certified by GEV as a product with very low emission of volatile organic compounds (EMICODE EC1 Plus).
