When you choose a habit, you choose the end result of that habit.The habits we choose on a daily basis will either make us or break us. The habits we choose in practice will be the habits we revert to in tough situations in the 4th quarter of a tough ball game. You will perform during the season exactly as you practice. "Now a habit doesn't have to be viewed as tough to do. Or challenging for that matter. If you want to develop good exercise habits... its easy.The key is finding a system that is fun and leaves you wanting more. This makes exercise addictive and habitual.At a recent seminar I introduced on of my programs and it shocked the entire crowd.
