At Medhaam daycare with preschool program, we successfully instill a routine in the kids. However, with the privileges and distractions, it can be difficult for a kid to stick to the same routine at home. So, what can you do as a parent in order to induce a daily routine in playschool kids? Here, we are with a handful of tips: Clearly sketch out their mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.  First things first, introduce your kids to these four times of the day by drawing a house with a tree alongside a horizon. Draw a “sun” and make them say “morning”. Move this sun to a higher altitude and make them say “afternoon”. Next, move it to the side of the house and make them enunciate “evening”. Finally, replace the sun with a moon and a couple of stars calling it a “night”. Now, you can ask your kid to recreate the four times of the day. Once they are well-versed with these, you can move to the allocation of a variety of activities based on these very times of the day.
