What does Expedia TAAP stand for?

Expedia's Travel Agent Affiliate Program (TAAP) is a division of Expedia specialized for Travel Agents. TAAP is intended to offer travel agents all of the resources they need to provide competitive and comprehensive goods and prices to travelers. Expedia does more than advertising by providing:

• Useful travel content for lead generation: trip guides, reviews and ratings, special excursions, and more.


• An online flight reservation system that allows customers to search for, compare, and book flights across numerous airlines and check routes and costs.


• An online reservation system for lodging that includes hotel details and pricing information.


• Additional tools for car rentals, insurance, and special discounts for travelers

• Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal
• Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services
• Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country
• This site is never involved in any transaction, and does not handle payments, shipping, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer "buyer protection" or "seller certification"
