St Kitts & Nevis is becoming increasingly well known for its citizenship by investment program. The citizenship by investment program was established in 1984 to help the country develop its economy by attracting money into real estate projects.
Citizenship can be obtained through an investment of US$400,000 into designated real estate, or a contribution of $250,000 into one of the approved business developments.
The program has been successful in attracting foreign money and has become popular with investors from Russia, China, India, Turkey, and the Middle East. With the purchase of property, citizenship can be given immediately after completing the purchase. The same applies to investments made in business opportunities.
Note: The availability of some opportunities (other than real estate) might affect getting citizenship from time to time. Please conduct your own research before you invest.
