Mont Rose College will engage students in a dynamic, interactive and reflective learning experience. This experience will effectively prepare students to successfully engage in the assessments, which will measure depth, as well as breadth, of knowledge. All teaching and learning will reflect the expectations of employers and society, and be informed and guided by external benchmarks such as professional and statutory bodies. In so doing, students completing an HND in Hospitality Management will have the attributes, skills, principles and behaviors that will enable them to make a valuable contribution to local, national and international commerce.
