Skills
• Able to organize repair teams and monitor and evaluate work being done, diagnosing and trouble shooting skills.
• Inspect the vehicles on job completion to ensure Quality Control has been done prior to delivery of vehicles and ensure the signing and proper filling in of job delivery forms.
• Estimating time, date of delivery taking in to prior consideration all possible difficulties that may come during repair and taking in to consideration the customers requirements and follow up of the same.
• Monitor and ensuring the quality control at all times.
• Supervise and ensure that cleanliness of workshop, tools and spare parts division floors and windows and surrounding areas are clean at all the times.
• To coordinate and monitor customer satisfaction with Manager, Customer Support and to discuss and solve in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports on the entire situation at the workshop.
• To monitor the proper use of the company's standard software system and to ensure that reports are printed and filed as required.
• English and computer skills mandatory.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
