• Requirement Analysis, Searching, Screening resume as per the requirement on jobs boards like , Naukri and Monster..

• Co-ordination with candidates on daily basis. Interaction & understanding business requirements to source right talent through different sources like head hunting, Social Media, Linked In, Facebook, Indeed etc...

• Excellent Analytical, Communication and Logical Skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Master's / Bachelor's degree.

• Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT and Non IT Recruitment.

• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
