Responsibilities:
• Keep track of payments and expenditures
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintain historical records
• Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit;
• Analyze accounts and generate monthly reports
Candidate Profile:
• 2+ years of experience in AP process
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Commerce
• Good written & verbal English communication
• Experience in Software like QuickBooks, Bill.com etc.
• Ability to work in mid-shift
