Mystic Allies duration was increased by 25 percentage. It's not hard to argue it's Mystic Allies is weak, but some may argue that anyone who takes the ability into a difficult rift could be in for trouble, since they'll spend long periods of time waiting for the skill to get rid of a cooldown. Instead of adjusting the difficulty, consider using the companion's Melody. This keeps the Mystic Allies active for considerably longer, or more enough to complete an acceptable boss fight.

Skeletons explode upon reaching their destination, damaging all enemies that are hit by the blast prior to their ability to escape.
