Developer Visual Concepts had a full year of work on newer generation consoles NBA 2K23 MT, when there are lacking features that are highly appreciated. Visual Concepts came through with several exciting new features although there's plenty of room to improve and NBA 2K23 isn't any one of them.

NBA 2K23 has taken full benefit of its development which is evident in the significant improvement in a few important areas, such as NBA 2K23's updated version of The City where the franchise's main MyCareer mode is played out which gives MyPlayers an additional life outside of basketball.

There are a lot of things to enjoy about NBA 2K23. Gameplay improvements to defense, dribbling, and finishing makes the game appear very real and skill based. But games can be improved, and there's a lot that players would like to discover before NBA 2K23 comes around, at least before.

Basketball is a sport of runs, and there should be ways to make opponents feel uncomfortable when the home team plays.
