Aloke Bajpai, the group chief executive officer of Ixigo, claimed that the company's significant investments in artificial intelligence over the preceding ten years have produced notable results.
"The stickiness and growth of our platform are being enhanced by these AI-driven innovations," he said in an exclusive interview.
In 2017, the business began using AI chatbots for customer service. "AI fully manages nearly 90% of our customer support inquiries, resulting in significant operational efficiency," the spokesperson stated.
The company also leverages AI for dynamic pricing of value-added services, trip planning through Ixigo Plan, and real-time flight tracking with the ‘Flight Tracker Pro’ feature.
