On February 28, the Slayer skill will get their first big update in the time ever since The Nodon Front released last July RuneScape Gold. It's in the form of three brand new Slayer monsters which are designed to make the skill more exciting which is the top money maker for many RuneScape players. We already knew that the update would bring three brand new Abyssal Slayer creatures to RuneScape However, developer Jagex has now given us an additional set of details regarding the main aspects of their drop table. The biggest offering comes from the Abyssal Lords, which require the use of 115 Slayer to defeat. These huge demons drop a brand new tier 92 melee weapon, The Abyssal Scourge. This is an update to the legendary Abyssal Whip that was first introduced to the original MMORPG over seventeen years ago. The successful attacks that are dealt with by the Scourge triggers an Abyssal Parasite effect, extending the duration of all melee bleeding abilities. There are many other Lords that offer interesting, unique drops either. The Abyssal Beasts (105 Slayer) will drop the Jaws of the Abyss Helmet an 85-tier melee power armor helmet. Similar to the others Abyssal Slayers' drops this enables the various bleeding abilities in RuneScape. The less powerful Abyssal Savage creatures that need 95 Slayer to defeat don't have any special drops. However, they will drop Abyssal armor spikes which are consumable add-ons to upgrade existing Armor Spikes or Trimmed Armor Spikes Buy RuneScape Gold. The drop is available from all three brand new Slayer monsters.
